Refund Policy - the basics
Original Artworks & Prints

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and original nature of fine art, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on original paintings or limited-edition prints.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery at [your@email.com] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue or offer a replacement (if available).

Custom artwork (commissions) is non-refundable once the creative process has begun. If you cancel before work has started, a partial refund may be considered at the artist’s discretion.
Tattoo Appointments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This covers time spent designing and reserving your spot.

Deposits will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo on the day of the appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel late or don’t show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you need to reschedule, one reschedule is allowed with sufficient notice. Multiple last-minute changes may require a new deposit.

Refunds are not issued for tattoo design work once it has been created, even if the session is canceled.
