All shipping timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on order volume, carrier delays, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters, weather, or public health concerns. Dyé is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing (for international orders, if applicable).

Once a package leaves our studio and is scanned by the carrier, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked and insured shipping option at checkout, especially for original or high-value artworks.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship original artwork and prints within the United States.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Custom commissions may take longer and timelines will be discussed individually.
Shipping Carriers:
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and destination.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.
Damage During Shipping:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
